Teen Mindfulness Practice Session

Requirement for Attendance: 14 - 19 years old

This weekly class will provide a supportive atmosphere for teens who have an interest in the practice of mindfulness meditation. Meditation instructions will be offered, along with a brief check-in, group discussion, or dialogue.

Group Facilitators:

Noah Rish (ATS Facilitator)

The aim of this group is to hold a space for those 14-19 year olds that wish to experiment with mindfulness practice. We will discuss and practice ideas and meditation instructions that individuals have been using for over 2500 years to support freedom and ease. There will be time each week for guided practice, and to share and discuss questions as they arise. No commitment needed. No way to do it wrong.

The group meets Thursdays from 5-6pm.

Attendance is on a drop in basis. No experience necessary.
