Description:
As a new year begins it can be a good time to delve into practice and to set intentions for the coming year. During this day of practice, ATS Los Angeles Facilitator, Kate Spina will guide us through an exploration of different meditations to help us see our intentions clearly. We will look at the Buddhist path factor of 'Wise Intention' and see how these 2600 year old teachings can apply to our lives today. This daylong is open to all. Some snacks will be available but please bring whatever food your body will need for the 6 hours, our lunch break will be brief.
